- Residential and commercial cleaning services
- Carpet repair
- Flood restoration
- Area rug cleaning
- A/C and dry vent cleaning

All services are subject to availability and confirmation of the service order.

 Confidentiality

Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than [your contractor/supplier(s)] and, if legally required to do so, to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, handouts, or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

 

 Payment

All payments for services are due as stated in the service agreement. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

 

 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations of service orders must be made in writing. Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement. In general, services that have been initiated and/or completed are non-refundable.

 Limitation of Liability

World Star Restoration will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability, in any case, will be limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
